The driver of a Toyata Vitz rental is on the run after overturning his vehicle on All Saints Road in the vicinity of the Europa hardware store.
The incident happened at around 9 am.
The fire department took no time in arriving on scene to extinguish the flames of the Vitz R4530.
Witnesses in the area say that the man described as having a “bleached-looking complexion” escaped on foot into Potters Village.
