Scout Association elects new Council

During its recently held Annual General Meeting and Council Elections, the Antigua and Barbuda Scout Association installed a new body to serve for the 2019/2020 period as follows: Chairman, Mr. Vinema Jarvis; Vice-Chairman, Mr. Cordel Josiah; Honorary Treasurer, Ms. Morjavé Michael; and Honorary Secretary, Dr. Janil Gore-Francis.
Leader Representatives are Ms. Ronel Anthony, Mr. Kibwe Vaughn Harris, Mr. Kenny Richards, and Mr. Paget Terry; while Mr. R. Anderson Edghill is Lay Member (Public Relations Officer), and Mr. Thomas Bell and Mr. Phillip Isaacs Sr are Lay Members; and Dame Eusalyn Lewis, Dr Hayden Thomas, and Mr. Clarence Pilgrim are the Trustees.
The Chief Scout is Governor General Sir Rodney Williams, while Mrs. Patricia Salmon serves as Ex Officio Member in the capacity of Chief Commissioner.
The elections were conducted by representatives of JCI Antigua.
