ST. JOHN’S, Antigua – Local tourism officials are hailing as excellent, a decision by Royal Caribbean Cruise lines that will bring a major boost to the industry during the traditionally slow summer season.
From May to October next year, one of Royal Caribbean’s ships will be again making ports of call in Antigua.
This development comes two years after Serenade of the Seas pulled out of the Caribbean last year, dealing a major blow to the island’s cruise tourism sector.
