Hermitage Bay and West Indies Oil Company (WIOC) will face off in the final of the Business Football league.
Both teams secured their spot in the final on Wednesday night at the New Winthropes playing field.
WIOC grabbed the first spot after edging out Jolly Beach, 3-2.
The highly-contested match saw WIOC dominate in the first half but as the second began Jolly Beach regained composure scoring twice.
Jolly Beach, however, would let the win slip through their fingers as they missed a penalty that would have given them the equaliser in the dying seconds of the match and push the game into penalty kicks.
A number of players were visibly upset walking off before the final whistle.
Controversy continued when the second semi-final match between Law Enforcers and Hermitage Bay got underway.
Both teams had a number of scoring chances but could not find that finishing touch.
The physical match-up turned ugly as players from opposing teams; Lawmen’s goal-keeper and an attacking player for Hermitage received red cards after a scuffle in the first half.
The intensity continued into the second but neither team could find that winning goal.
Both teams assembled mid-field as the penalty kicks got underway, but it would be Hermitage who prevailed, 6-4.
The final will take place this Saturday starting at 7 p.m. at the Antigua Recreation Grounds (ARG).
The bronze medal match will be an hour earlier at the same venue.
