Grays Green facility ready to be handed over

The highly talked about Grays Green covered court and Community centre complex has finally been completed and it is ready to be handed over to the government.
This news was revealed by Cabinet last week after a report by Ministry of Sports Daryll Matthew declared that the Chinese government has completed the Knuckle block project.
An exact date has not yet been set for the official handing over ceremony but the sports minister said that a date around the Independence celebrations is being looked at.
 According to a government release: “A number of staff will have to be employed to fulfill maintenance, security and cleaning requirements …. However, the positions must first be created before funding can be provided from the Treasury.”
Negotiations on the project began back in 2014.
