Dead foetus found in Bethesda

Residents in Bethesda reported finding a dead foetus in a pile of garbage this morning. Police sources confirmed the report was made to the Dockyard Police Station just before 9 am.
It was reported that the foetus appears premature and is still attached to its umbilical cord. Officers were headed to the scene to investigate.
