CXC launches Digital Media syllabus

ST JOHN’S, Antigua- The Caribbean Examinations Council is launching its Digital Media syllabus, something CXC describes as a world leading development.

One of the people despatched for the Antigua leg of the launch is Bevil Wooding.

The subject teaches people to create even the little apps or programmes that run on mobile devices and that have made so much money for their creators around the world.

Wooding says CXC is interested in creating content specific to the region.

Wooding says CXC is making the education as widely available as possible, so people do not need to have a good academic track record to enter, just a strong interest in the field.
