Clare Hall beat AGS, JT Ambrose and Sea View Farm record nail-biter wins

Clare Hall Secondary School (CHSS) bounced back from their upsetting first round defeat to Antigua Grammar School to trounce them 80-46 in their second meeting in the Schools Basketball league.

The Senior boys match-up saw Adrian Carnegie lead the victors with a game high 19 points. Jaheem James assisted, netting 10, while teammates Andre Edwards and Joel Santana chipped in scoring nine and eight points.

Greg Daniel had 18 points for the Semper Virens.

Meanwhile, in Mini-girls Primary action, JT Ambrose edged out Liberta Primary 10-8, while Buckleys Primary went under to Sea View Farm Primary by one point, 7-6.

Roeisha Humprheys scored eight of JT Ambrose’s 10 points, while Kayla Melvin of Sea View Farm scored all seven.

Buckleys’ Atriana George had four points in a losing effort.
