BREAKING NEWS – Third murder victim in two weeks

Police say they are investigating yet another homicide, this time of a man found dead at Fort Road.
According to a release this morning, 31yr-old Kemmoy Jeffers of Fort Road is the victim.
His body was discovered around 11:00 pm on Friday on the ground, near a house on Fort Road according to the police.
It was reported that his neck and legs were tied or bound in some manner but the details are not clear. He was dressed only in a pair of short pants.
Police say a man is currently in their custody assisting in the investigations. This is the third homicide which police are investigating in the space of two weeks.
On April 15, which is the Sunday before last, Carlton Charles also known as “Pum Pum” was found dead in an abandoned house on North Street.
His decomposing body was discovered with his hands bound behind his back and his feet tied together.
Three days later, police were called to Bishopgate Street to investigate the death of Samuel Emmanuel Joseph, also known as “J.B.” or “Serj.”
He was found lying face down on the ground, with both hands bound behind his back and what appeared to be a leather belt tied around his neck.
