ST JOHN’S, Antigua – Young Patriots beat Parham and Barber Boys beat Pares in the Cool & Smooth Willikies Community Football League over the weekend, while Hennessey and Nat Pan My Team played to a draw.

      Playing in the lone game on Saturday, Young Patriots beat Parham, 2-1.

      Vashamie Allen and Devon “Bobbie” Thomas scored a goal each for Young Patriots, while Jerome Lowe scored for Parham.

      On Sunday, Barber Boys beat Pares, 3-1, in the first of a double-header. Field Jackson, Akeem Connor and Jermaine Lewis each scored a goal for Barber Boys.

      Pares’ goal came off the boot of Ashawn Martin of Barber Boys.

      In the second match on Sunday, Nat Pan My Team had to come from behind to earn a 2-2 draw with Hennessey despite scoring first.

      Terry Roberts put Nat Pan My Team ahead, but Lennox “Fox” Julian drew level and Conroy Hall gave Hennessey the lead.

      Demarius Benjamin drew Nat Pan My Team level from the penalty spot just minutes before the final whistle.
