Fishing Tournament Begins
Fishing and seafood enthusiasts will this weekend converge at Nelson’s Dockyard for the 46th Antigua & Barbuda Sports Fishing Tournament. Activities begin tonight with the Captains Briefing at 7 pm. Come see the boats getting ready for the big event. Tomorrow and Sunday are the first and second day of fishing while Monday is the Antigua & Barbuda Marlin Classic. Lots of seafood to eat and buy.

Anglican Food Fair
St John’s Cathedral invites the general public to attend the 24th Annual Food Fair tomorrow from 2-6 pm. Tickets are $20. Come enjoy food from all the islands as well as a bounce castle, cathedral gift shop, auction sale, music, and many more attractions. Support this fund-raising effort for the restoration of St John’s Cathedral.
Women of Antigua
Women Of Antigua (WOA) will be presenting Vagina Monologues tomorrow and the locally produced When A Woman Moans on Sunday, May 27. Both productions will be at the Multipurpose Cultural and Exhibition Centre, Perry Bay, beginning at 8:05 pm, with an exhibition and special video presentations from 6:45 pm. For a weekend of activism on stage, one night is $40, and two nights, $70. Proceeds will be donated to local charities. Tickets can be purchased at both branches of the Best of Books, Flo’s Perfumery and the Pink Mongoose. Caribana in Full Swing
