St. John’s Antigua- Head of the traffic department of the police force is calling for a re-education of the masses on road safety.
Senior Sergeant Elson Quammie says that re-education programme needs to begin in schools.

Incidents in the last few days including the death of 23 year old Kelvin Thomas has placed additional scrutiny on road safetyin the country.






I do hope that all involved can re educate the drivers on proper road safety and procedures.
