14 July 2012, St John’s Antigua – Promoter Kwesi DJ Crutches Jarvis says even after cooperating with police and cancelling his Teen Splash after party, he is still having a hard time planning another event.

Jarvis was behind the teenage party that promoted free tequila shots on entry and has faced harsh criticism from the ministry of education for promoting alcohol at a teen party.

The D-Jay says trying to recover after the cancellation is proving tough.
