After two days of intensive discussions between Fédération Internationale de Natation (FINA) Vice President, Dale Neuburger, and local stakeholders, the sport of swimming is set for new, fresh and exciting beginnings after an agreement was arrived at during the final meeting at City View Hotel on November 30, 2011.
