Fourth and fifth graders at Villa Primary School are among the first group of students to receive free swimming lessons from Phoenix Athletic Centre.

It is a fact that nothing lasts forever, but – and the but is a big, big, but – successors or succession, or revival, or call it what you will, are often of utmost importance; especially when things that are now no more had been started with good intentions and had met vital needs. This is true even with schools.
