Bridges Jr repeats as OECS cycling champion


National cyclist Jyme Bridges Jr successfully defended his title in the 2011 Inet OECS Cycling Championships on Sunday, sprinting home ahead of St Vincent & the Grenadines’ Dominique Olivier who finished second in what was a gripping sprint finish at Police Recreation Grounds.

Cycling season to open with usual Family Fun Ride


The Antigua & Barbuda Amateur Cycling Association (ABACA) 2011 race season will officially start with a 6:15 am church service at St Andrew’s Church on Sunday, February 13, to be followed by the annual opener – The Family Fun Ride.
