The day of reckoning is here for hundreds of Perry Bay squatters whose homes were this morning facing the bulldozer.

Government is being told that as it moves closer to a clamp down on squatting near the harbour in the Capital that the world is watching to see how it handles the issue.

Perry Bay squatters – who have two weeks to vacate their homes – say government’s promise to help them move is meaningless because they have no place to go.
