Sylvester “X Tool” Lindsey of Potters was yesterday sentenced to 22 years in prison for killing Australian boat captain Drew Golan on January 22, 2009.

Potters resident Sylvester “X Tool” “Carey” Lindsey, having waited two months to know his fate, will have to hold on a bit longer after a High Court judge has delayed sentencing him.

Raymond Chin was shot 13 times and died as a result of multiple penetrating lung injuries and liver laceration consequent on multiple gunshot wounds.
