Antigua & Barbuda nationals are throwing away a number of job opportunities by failing to respond to advertisements by the Labour Department.

Labour Minister Dr Errol Cort has urged more Antiguans and Barbudans to apply for the Caricom Skilled Nationals Certificate, which will entitle them to work in other Caricom countries without a work permit.

A daughter of the soil has warned the country to take a cautious approach towards free movement in the region.
