For the first time since former Royal Canadian Mounted Police officers (RCMP) Michael O’Neil and Ronald Scott quit the Royal Police Force of Antigua & Barbuda (RPFAB) in 2008, the public is hearing their departure was due to the alleged ineptitude of their boss and former RCMP Gary Nelson.
