Police are probing the circumstances surrounding the death of a man whose body was found in an abandoned house on Warner Road in the Fort area yesterday.

Head of the Criminal Investigations Department Nuffield Burnette says the police are not ruling out foul play as they probe the death of remand prisoner Deon “Ticks” Thomas.

“Until a post mortem proves otherwise foul play would not be ruled out.”

Police are still awaiting the findings of an autopsy to determine the cause of death of the British national identified as Daniel Donnelly whose lifeless body was found in his Cedar Valley Springs home Friday night.

The parents of the British man who was found dead in his home at Royal Palms Drive, Cedar Valley on Friday night are expected to arrive in Antigua this week.

Homicide investigators spent the fourth day of the New Year searching for clues relating to the suspected murder of a 49-year-old man, originally from Dominica, whose body was found in his Hodges Bay apartment yesterday morning.

Foul play seems likely in the death of a 49-year-old male visitor to Antigua, whose lifeless body was found in his apartment in Hodges Bay after 8 this morning.

There is still no word on the identity of the John Doe whose body was found floating off the waters of Devil’s Bridge on Monday.
