Antigua & Barbuda and its Eastern Caribbean countries are concerned that the unrest in Libya could have implications for the sub-region, and may also jeopardise planned investments, by that country’s government, in the sub-region.

The warning that the region is likely to be hit by an 8.0 earthquake is consistent with predictions made previously and they will always be there and continue to be there.
