Superintendent of Her Majesty’s Prison Anthony Hopkins who passed away on February 17 died as a result of acute cardiac failure (heart attack) brought on by severe hypertension.

Autopsies conducted on the bodies of this year’s two murder victims reveal that both men’s death were as a result of multiple gunshot wounds.
