All is not lost for the 478 British American annuitants who failed to collect reimbursements during the first phase of payouts last week.

The prosecution yesterday supplied more evidence of phone records for the jury which showed murder accused Kaniel Martin was in the Jolly Harbour area at 5:06 am on July 27, 2008 which was around the time when he and co-accused Avie Howell are alleged to have killed British couple Benjamin and Dr Catherine Mullany at Cocos Hotel.
