Prime Minister Baldwin Spencer is of the view Antigua Public Utilities Authority (APUA) management dropped the ball as it relates to its preparedness to address scheduled maintenance of the Chinese funded Wadadli Power Plant.

Chairman of the ruling United Progressive Party (UPP) said widespread consultations have begun in an effort to iron out issues that may have influenced St Phillips South MP Wilmoth Daniel’s no show in Parliament, where a planned no confidence motion against Prime Minister Baldwin Spencer should have been tabled.
