Ambassador Colin Murdoch has revealed that member state’s “concerns” surrounding the constitutionality of the OECS Assembly to pass legislation, en masse, has made its way to court.

Antigua & Barbuda is willing to take access to the United States gambling market off the table, if the United States is willing to allow admission into equally lucrative spheres in the ongoing WTO dispute.

Much has been made of the impact of economic citizenship on Antigua & Barbuda, however, an equally pertinent question is: “Would the region’s move towards the initiative complicate the OECS free-movement mandate?”

A planned public education programme on the full free movement of OECS nationals will not be launched this month as anticipated.
