The leadership of the Antigua Labour Party (ALP) is disappointed with its recent meeting with representatives of the International Monetary Fund (IMF).

Prime Minister Baldwin Spencer has praised the contribution of MSP Management and Development Company and the Royal Bank of Trinidad and Tobago (RBTT) as they broke ground on a $10 million affordable housing project at Cooks Estate over the weekend.

A date for completion is still up in the air, but Prime Minister Baldwin Spencer has categorically stated that “the Public Library must be completed and operationalised by 2011, whatever the situation.”
