The St Lucia Bar Association has announced two days of protest, starting on Wednesday, to draw attention to the closure of several government registries.
The registries have been closed due to complaints about poor ventilation, unsanitary conditions and staff’s decision to stay away from work.
But the President of the Bar Association, Andie George, said the closure is unacceptable and an inconvenience to lawyers and the public.
