St. John’s Antigua- Twenty-one teams registered for the opening soccerama and 27 for the cash prize 7-A-Side tournament started by the Pigotts Bullets Football Team on Friday.
This is according to a press release which stated that the soccerama went late into the night on Friday and the youngest team in the competition, Young, Wild & Free, comprising of the Pigotts-based youth team, Future Kings, stood tall as the first-time soccerama champions.
The youngsters defeated several teams including Willikies, soccerama favourites Hustlerz, and three-peat champions Select 7 on their way to the championship.
Pigotts Sports Club are grateful to the 27 teams, players and the hundreds of fans who turned out to support this tournament.

The tournament continues Wednesday, Friday and Saturday night from 6 pm.
Games for this Sunday have been rescheduled due to the hosting of the Third Annual Pigotts Family Fun Day starting at 1 pm.
