Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have set a date for their wedding. The couple only got engaged in October last year, but are wasting no time in becoming husband and wife as they are reportedly planning to tie the knot on May 24 in Paris, France.

The loved-up pair – who have eight-month-old daughter North together – will have their nuptials on a Saturday, but will fly their jet-setting guests in to the romantic city several days before they get hitched, according to Us magazine.

Meanwhile, the 33-year-old reality TV star – who has been married twice before – recently insisted she wanted her wedding to be a small and intimate affair, and she has even been axing friends and family members from the drafted guest list.

She said previously: “We’re having a super, super, just small, intimate (wedding) … as we’re going along we’re realising that we just want it to be more small and intimate than people are imagining and thinking.”

However, the ‘New Slaves’ rapper, 36, has other ideas as he wants to invite lots of famous faces from the world of fashion to their nuptials, including Givenchy designer Riccardo Tisci, Karl Lagerfeld and Vogue magazine editor-in-chief Anna Wintour. (Bang Showbiz)

  1. I couldnt agree more with the opinion that this type of news is best left in the USA especially because it DOES NOT have anything to do with the Caribbean, nor will reporting it benefit in any way, shape or form. Morever, there are more ‘news worthy’ things happen in America..IJS

  2. I do agree. Whether these two marry in Alaska I don’t think this has anything to do with us in Antigua. You are not hearing these so called stars marrying in St. John’s or any Caribbean island for that matter. I think the media in Antigua have very poor journalism because a lot of news worthy events just don’t appear in their news reports. If it does its days later when even kindergarteners had already know about through the grape vine. What should be concentrated on is bringing local news to the readers. I know in developt countries a journalist is made or broken by who reports the news first and by whom can get that peice item quicker. That’s how they get ratings and get paid. This also means more money for their respective media house. Here they make a salary so it does not matter.
