ST. JOHN’S, Antigua – Government has announced a major training programme that will involve up to one thousand youth.
News of this initiative came in a UPP public rally on Tuesday evening at All Saints.
Telecommunications Minister Dr. Edmond Mansoor also hinted at another significant initiative that would provide hundreds of jobs.
