Earlier this year, a taskforce recommended the Citizenship by Investment Programme as an ideal option for the twin-islands.
The ponzi scheme was shut down, ditto with illegal gambling. Maybe some arms shipments to Syria could be brokered?
Seriously, what else is there left to sell?
