The absence of national bodybuilding champion, Ollyn Martin, from this year’s LIME National Bodybuilding & Figure Championships has opened the gates for a new champion and according to president of the Bodybuilding and Weightlifting Federation, Sonia Allred, there is absolutely nothing wrong with that.

Antigua & Barbuda’s national under-19 female volleyball squad had a very poor showing in the just concluded North, Central America and Caribbean Volleyball Confederation (NORCECA) Intercontinental Under-19 Female Volleyball Championship in Nicaragua from August 19 to 26, in which they placed eighth of the nine teams.
