Test batsman Kraigg Brathwaite has been appointed captain of the 15-man Under-19 West Indies squad for the ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup scheduled for Australia from August 11 to 26.
The right-handed opener has played nine Tests.
The squad is as follows: Kraigg Brathwaite (captain), John Campbell, Anthony Alleyne, Justin Greaves, Jerome Jones, Kyle Mayers, Kavem Hodge, Ronsford Beaton, Amir Khan, Marquino Mindley, Sunil Ambri, Derone Davis, Steven Katwaroo, Akeal Hosein, and Keiron Joseph.
The team manager is Courtney Walsh, while the head coach is Roddy Estwick.
Assistant coach Stuart Williams, Physiotherapist Janel Springer, and Trainer Ronald Rogers complete the management group.
