St. John’s Antigua- Attorney Hugh Marshall Jr confirmed yesterday that, from his Texas prison cell, R Allen Stanford facilitated the delivery of a revocation notice to his one-time girlfriend, Andrea Stoelker — seeking to relinquish her power of attorney privileges over the Stanford Development Company (SDC).
According to another news organisation, Marshall said that the fallen financier had not as yet contacted him about the legal changes and he did not know Stanford’s reasons for issuing the revocation. However, Marshall said he has seen the deed of revocation.
The attorney could not speak on the fate of Stoelker, but said a meeting would have to be held with SDC’s directors to see if she would be replaced.
The attorney also clarified that Stoelker is not a director of SDC, but rather has the power to act as a shareholder in Stanford’s stead.
One-time billionaire Stanford is currently serving a 110-year federal prison sentence in the United States, after being convicted of multiple charges of fraud stemming from a US $7 billion Ponzi scheme he was convicted of heading.

Looks like Sir Allen is going to reward the loyalty shown by those who erased the hard drives at CAS Hewlett, suppressed the FSRC report and are preventing the extradition of Leroy King.
I guess between the GOAB, Wide and Dickson and Sir Allen, it’s a sure thing there will be nothing left for the victims.
Oh well, at least Sir Allen is locked up, the world can see Antigua in an accurate light, and the worldwide partners of Grant Thornton can weed out the bad seeds.
Maybe some good will come of this after all.
