July 18, 2012, St John’s Antigua – St Martin authorities have detained an Antiguan and Barbudan man on suspicion of trafficking a boat load of Cubans and Dominicans (Dominican Republic).
The fisherman from Barbuda is said to have been caught carrying 14 people, some of whom have now applied for asylum in St Martin.
