In the Daily OBSERVER dated April 21, you have a story about Prime Minister Spencer calling for mediation in the gaming dispute.

All I can say is enough is enough. No more talk, Obama. Just sign the big cheque.

Americans talk too much and Antigua suffers.

Now I know why the world suffers – the Americans don’t like to lose.

Well, they lost by the WTO ruling. So pay up the money you owe us.
