Police arrested and charged 21 years old Faran Nyron Travis of Monks Hill Liberta for possession of 246 pounds of cannabis and Possession of 246 pounds of cannabis with intent to transfer and for the cultivation of 2255 cannabis plants.
These offences occurred at about 2.45 pm on Friday at Monks Hill.
The estimated street value of the substance is $492,000. 00.
Operation was executed by Narcotics Department. Accused expected in court Monday.
